1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Just A Splash provides mobile bartending services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.

3. Booking and Cancellation

A deposit may be required to secure your date. Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in your specific service agreement to be eligible for a refund.

4. Liability

We are fully licensed and insured. However, the host of the event is responsible for the behavior of their guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or under the legal drinking age.
